Organize and input existing transactions to current date.

Download and categorize monthly transactions in QuickBooks, making sure all missing information is filled in.

Email monthly financial statements (typically these include Profit and Loss Report, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flow).

Collaborate with client and accountant throughout the year.

Day 15-20: Final review and creating financial reports
Day 21: Meet with client to go over financial reports

$30 per hour worked getting books up to date
